It’s okay everyone: we can relax again now. I’ve replaced the green strip with something far more gentle.

So today, my thoughts and questions for God, were centred around my daughter.
She’s our one and only.
We struggled a bit to make her and we’re so grateful that she did come into our lives, as we’d reached a point where we’d (pretty much) made our peace with the prospect of a child-free future.
So: the second half of my Week in the Life and how I’ve sensed God ‘collaborating’ (love that idea!) with me.

I just had an artistic mess revelation.
Well, it’s not so much a revelation about the artistic qualities of mess, as much a revelation about being artistic and messed up and making a mess.
Bear with me, this might just be going somewhere.
I spotted this quote in my magazine this month and I liked it.
When asked what words of wisdom she would be passing on to her daughter, actress Amelia Fox answered,
“That the ordinary things in life are the most extraordinary, and that a simple life makes you happiest.”
One of my signature styles (if you like), is going very light on embellishments.
Very often my layouts aren’t especially minimal, but when you count them up, there are often very few embellishments.
