I just had an artistic mess revelation.
Well, it’s not so much a revelation about the artistic qualities of mess, as much a revelation about being artistic and messed up and making a mess.

I was treated to a bumper parcel of beautiful scrap treats the other day from my lovely friend Tiffany.
And it’s been funny to notice how, since adding lots of fresh beauty to my little stash, my creating has felt rejuvenated.

Nearly all of my favourite scrapbookers are (I think) German and I’m wondering why.
Do you guys get a really good design education over there? Is that beautiful clean aesthetic just a cultural thing that you grow up absorbing?
