Yay! Goodies for my faithscrappers group have just arrived from HeyLittleMagpie.
Let me show you what I got…
As scrapbooking papers are only about 90p a sheet, it’s by far the most economical way to provide cut-parts for my Bible journalling group.
I always look for pages where there are lots of little images that we can cut out. It’s way cheaper this way than buying packs of die-cuts.
Simple Stories designs often for the bill perfectly and this Crafty Girl design is one I use in my Bible all the time.
Another of my favourite manufacturers is Cocoa Vanilla – I love the gentle, pretty vibe of their designs.
The butterfly paper is especially liked in my group, as you can have them ‘flying up the margins’ in a very pretty way.
Birds, plants and butterflies always go down well as choices for pages, as the Bible verses we illustrate are often about being cared for and loved.
These designs by Illustrated Faith, Bella Blvd and BoBunny all snip out well.
And finally, a couple that were new to me: I especially like this fun, retro floral from Carta Bella.
The Pinkfresh Studio houses will be very useful, and of course, you can’t go wrong with a nice Echo Park floral!
Right: time to go do some fussy-cutting…
