Dec Scraptherapy | day 7

You know the sweet song, “Today has been okay,” by Emeliana Torrini?

Sometimes you reach the end of the day and just appreciate that nothing dramatic happened and everything you were supposed to get done, got done.

On the right hand page, I’ve used another Heidi Swapp thanksgiving freebie to write a bit of journalling about things in my life that I’m currently grateful for.

My photo is just a pretty shot of some scrapbooking supplies that I took back in my instagram days.

I’m not bothered about my photos telling much of a story most of the time; they act more as illustrations to the ‘today I’m feeling…’-journalling.

The cute heart in the bag is a gorgeous Felicity Jane die-cut: I’ve not got many of these goodies left now!

Layering up washi is is a current favourite trick of mine.

I like to see how the different colours look when you pop them all together – sometimes the subtle effect is really rather lovely for such a cheap supply.

Ah, yes: blogs. I like bloglovin’ as you can see excerpts of everyone’s blogs and decide which ones you want to read more of… a good way to keep up to date with scrap news without reading every post 😉
