Craftelier haul

I am such a lucky duck!

I spotted the other day that European craft retailer Craftelier had a fabulous scrapbooking sale and so couldn’t resist treating myself to a couple of items that I have wanted for-ever.

I think if you still hanker after an item five or so years since you spotted it on one of your scrap heroine’s blogs (Magda Mizera), it might just be worth investing in!

I have no idea what I’ll put in this little gem, but for now, I just love looking at it on my shelf.

I’m a firm believer in not bothering about how current products are so long as you love them. Which meant that when I spotted one of my favourite 12×12 Crate Paper pads for sale for £2.50 (yep), I needed to act to get my hands on all that beauty!

That mint stripe is one of my all-time favourite papers ever since I saw Stephanie Bryan work with it – again, years back.

And I’m only half kidding when I admit that I’m toying with the idea of framing one of the sheets for my wall…

Yes!! So true Deanna! I’m always looking at papers – especially Felicity Jane florals – and wishing I could frame them instead of chop them up 😉 xxx

  2. Thank you for your encouragement to find what you like and use it. This has helped me so very much in purging supplies recently. We moved after 29 years into a much smaller space, and I have been able to bless others with what I realized were supplies that no longer suited my craft time or my sense of style.

Yes! It’s so helpful to have a bit less, but really love what you do have… I’ve found from day one, that limiting myself in that way has been the key to wanting to create everyday 🙂 xxx
