Scraptherapy flip-thru

Hey gang! Thought I’d film a little scraptherapy flip-thru video for you, so you can see what I’ve been up to recently.

I take time each day to sit and work on my little books and it brings me so much joy.

I can almost feel myself start to unravel the minute I put my coffee cup on the desk, flick on the fairy lights and get my favourite podcast going.

My entries aren’t always especially deep and meaningful, but they are true to whatever’s on my heart that day.

I love leafing back through them and remembering how I felt about things in seasons gone by.

I had some spare time to film a little video for you this afternoon. It’s unlisted (only accessible from this blog) to avoid me getting all bothered about stats and what-not.

Hope you enjoy it, sweet friends!

ps: Thanks for being such a lovely crowd: I do appreciate you.

I discovered your blogs just couple weeks ago, love your style (both scrapbooking and writing), and it’s so great that you are back!

Yes! And sometimes you just have a feeling inside that you want to express somehow – I can often think about how I’m feeling and link it to colours (normally shades of the same colours, mind you, lol)

  3. I think you hit the mark when you said it’s like a journal but not the kind where you list all the things you’ve done. Sometimes mere words just cannot express all the feelings in my mind and heart. There has to be color and creativity too!

Hey lovely! Thanks so much for this lovely comment – you know, Kitty and I are still making little tag albums… it’s become quite an obsession! 😉 xxx

Aw, thanks Tiffany! It’s funny you noted the calmer feel… I’ve been trying to copy a couple of ladies on the FJ team (Sheree & Mandy) – they have a way of doing Traveller’s Notebooks that is so beautifully clean and fresh x

  6. Lovely little book! This particular Scrap Therapy book seems a lot calmer than your others to me. I think it’s how you used all the white for your base, with the pops of color. I need to get me some Lola. I’ve been saying it since it came out and still haven’t bit that bullet. I may just invest in the digital kit cause I quite like her. Thanks for sharing Suse!
